This is an article that deserves careful and thoughtful reading. Innovation requires tolerance to failure (or not achieving original objectives). This concept is no different than anything else in life that is worthwhile: the question is not whether we are going to fail to achieve an objective or not (ah, how frail and imperfect are we...humans). The issues are: when we fail (or fall) do we get up again and try again, and what did we learn during the process that we can use in rhe future.
